Obtaining your U-Pass BC
You must pick up your SFU U-Pass BC monthly card in person at an SFU campus U-Pass BC kiosk by swiping your new or updated SFU student ID card.
Self-service card kiosks are located near the Registrar and Information counters, at any of SFU's three campuses (Burnaby, Surrey or Vancouver) during business hours and special Saturday hours.
Eligible students swipe your new or updated SFU student ID card through the kiosk reader to receive your current month's U-Pass BC card. Students who have not had their SFU student ID card updated may have this done at any SFU campus' Registration and Information counter prior to picking up a U-Pass BC card.
Beginning the 21st of the previous month (or the first business day after the 21st) students may return to get the next month's U-Pass BC card. For example, June's U-Pass BC card will be available from the kiosks beginning May 21.
If you are late obtaining your monthly card from the kiosks, and they have switched to the next month, you can still obtain a current month's card from the Registrar and Information counters during business hours at any of SFU's three campuses.
Note: The U-Pass BC Term fee must be paid in full by the Tuition Deadline for subsequent U-Pass BC cards to be issued for the remainder of the semester. To confirm your payment has been received by SFU, check your Account Inquiry at sis.sfu.ca
