The Residences

Residence and Housing offers three types of single-student housing options for those undergraduates living on the Burnaby campus: dorm with a meal plan, dorm with a kitchen, and townhouses. Each type of residence offer a furnished private bedroom; you never have to worry about snoring roommates!

For families and couples, Residence and Housing offers one type of housing on the Burnaby campus: Louis Riel House, which are one and two bedroom apartments. These apartments come unfurnished.

Graduate students are typically placed in Hamilton Hall, studio-style accommodations that are fully furnished and have a maximum occupancy of one (1). When Hamilton Hall is full, graduate students will be offered space in Louis Riel House when possible.  This building is located on the Burnaby campus.
