Information Assistants at the Registrar and Information Services counters at any of our three campuses can answer questions about:

• the Student Information System
• enrolling in courses
• adding and dropping courses
• withdrawing from courses
• duplicating courses
• student accounts
• student records
• grades
• University procedures and regulations

Getting your SFU ID card and U-Pass

You can get your new library/student identification card and U-Pass during special extended hours at the beginning of each term. Throughout each term, the counter staff can also produce your card during regular office hours. Please note that students in Surrey campus programs must get their SFU ID/Library/Access card from the Surrey campus only.

Each campus Registrar and Information Service office may have limited or local campus services that can't be found at other campuses.

We can help you with official paperwork

We'll handle requests for documents such as:

• official transcripts for students who can't log in to the Student Information System
• letters of confirmation of enrollment
• documentation for visa renewals
• letters of permission to attend a second institution while still in attendance at SFU
• scholarship applications
