Program

Psychology is the scientific study of human behaviour, thought, and feeling. It is both a scientific discipline and a profession. A general distinction can be made between basic research which builds psychology’s base of knowledge and applied research which tackles practical problems. Psychology at SFU is organized around five areas:
Cognitive & Biological; Developmental; Law & Forensic; Social; and Theory & Methods.
