Celebrate International Week with SFU!
Hosted by International Services for Students
International Week 2012 creates awareness for the various international activities at SFU. From February 6 to 10, activities and events will be hosted in collaboration with different student, faculty, and staff groups.

Description: Social media technologies played an important, but not totally understood role during the Arab spring, mobilizing people and ideas and transforming the nature of citizen participation. How can new forms of digital activism be used to rebuild the State and government?

A key part of Canada’s aid program since 1970, IDRC supports research in developing countries to answer these questions. The Big IQ Contest!

Description: To celebrate International Week at SFU next week (February 6th to 10th) SFU International Services for Students will be hosting The Big International Quiz (Big IQ). This trivia contest will give participants the chance to win an SFSS gift card!

Marathon Boy
Presented by: World Films Program (SFU ISS)
