Your health: video and audio
SFU's Health Promotion team realizes that life can get hectic and stressful, and that as much as you would like to attend our health and wellness workshops, or go to that yoga class through SFU Recreation, sometimes there just isn't enough time! That's why we've created video and audio recordings to help you de-stress, relax, unwind, re-energize ... whatever it is you're needing, whenever it's most convenient for you! You can listen to or watch the recordings from your couch or your office, and some of them can even be downloaded so you can listen to them on your iPod ... guaranteed to make even the most stressful 135/145/143 bus journey more relaxing!
We're slowly building our library of video and audio recordings, and switching them up from time to time. Check out the Mindfulness and Progressive Muscle Relaxation audio recordings and the yoga, relaxation and stretching videos that we are offering at no charge to members of the SFU Community.
