Appointments
To make an appointment with an HCS doctor, registered nurse, counsellor, or physiotherapist please call the relevant number below.
SFU Burnaby: Appointments with a doctor, nurse, counsellor or physiotherapist can be made between 9:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. (Note: last appointment of the day is at 4:00pm.) Allergist appointments are limited and require a doctor's referral, please call the Health Clinic for more information.
SFU Vancouver: Appointments with a doctor or counsellor at SFU Vancouver can be made between 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (note: last appointment of the day is at 4:30pm).
SFU Surrey: Appointments with a counsellor can be made between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Important information for your appointment:
Drop-in patients
It is recommended to make an appointment, we cannot guarantee an available booking for drop-in visits. If you arrive at HCS during business hours due to an urgent health concern (e.g. fever, urinary tract infection, wound infection) or it is an emergency, please report directly to our reception.
Cancellation Fees
For appointments with counsellors, psychologists, physiotherapist, doctors & nurses, there is a $22 fee charged for no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Allergist appointments require 3 business days notice, otherwise the $250.00 fee will be charged.
Care Cards
Please remember to bring your Care Card with you when visiting the Health Clinic (If you do not, you will be billed for the services provided). For more information about the Care Card (BC MSP) click here
