ONLINE AND DISTANCE EDUCATION
If you are enrolling in a distance education course, please refer to the Online and Distance Education website (http://www.sfu.ca/cde) for important information.

Students on the BC Mainland, south of Squamish or in, or west of, Chilliwack, must come to campus to write distance education exams. Distance education midterms are scheduled in the evening and the time is noted in the class schedule at sis.sfu.ca. If  your midterm conflicts with another SFU class you may request to have the exam rescheduled. If your final exam (see following schedule) conflicts with another final exam you may also request to have the exam rescheduled.  If rescheduling is approved, you will pay $50 for each rescheduled distance education exam.  For information call 778.782.3524 or 1.800.663.1411 (toll free in Canada) or email code-exams@sfu.ca.

NOTE: if you choose to write your exam(s) outside of North America you must contact the Centre for Online and Distance Education to receive approval.
