Online Voting

Online voting will take place from Monday, June 4, 2012 to Wednesday, June 6, 2012. Voters will receive an email notification with voting information, candidate information, and a link to the online voting system. To access the voting system, voters must use their SFU Computing ID. The data from the voting system will be downloaded on June 7, 2012. The candidate(s) with the highest number of votes will be declared elected.

Faculty College positions

Only tenured and tenure track faculty employed by the University as full-time continuing or part-time continuing (50% or greater) shall be eligible to nominate and vote. Nominees to the Faculty College must be tenured faculty members. Both genders must be represented among the representatives from each faculty. Academic administrators above the level of Chair and members of Tenure and Promotion Committees are not eligible for membership of the Faculty College. A candidate for promotion to Professor is also ineligible for membership.
