Got a vision? Make it happen. This workshop will take you through the process of turning nothing into something through a grassroots visioning process that will be sure to engage your team members and start you on the right foot for creating the philosophy that will make your organization and/or project a success. This workshop will also help you create an organizational structure that promotes accountability to your organization’s or project’s vision. Examples from the SFU community will be examined. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned in your education, volunteer and career environments and answer two key questions: Why are you doing what you’re doing? How are you going to make sure that it happens?
