Despite textbook theories, leadership is ultimately a personal process - an on going journey, not a final destination. You define your own leadership. Leadership is not achieved by a single incident or because you follow a structured set of 'rules'. Instead, you grow as a leader through your interactions with those around you, the people who are part of the journey you under take. By reflecting on the significance of the people we meet, the challenges we overcome, and the experiences we encounter, we begin to write our own leadership story.
Through stories and discussion, this workshop will encourage you to start writing your own leadership story, to focus on developing your self-awareness rather than trying to fit someone else's definition of leadership. You will be given examples of how to become more aware of what is around you and how it applies to your life.
