What makes a great leader? Recent research indicates that outstanding leadership takes more than intelligence and a specific skill set. Great leaders seem to have a common “way of being” interpersonally - a way of connecting with and inspiring others. In this workshop we will identify some of the simple but profound ingredients of that “way of being”.
