Fall 2013 term deadlines
Fall term starts September 3, 2013; last day of exams is December 15, 2013.
Enrollment appointments begin online July 8, 2013; open enrollment begins July 27, 2013.

Classes: add/swap/change tutorial
| September 9 (Monday) | Last day to add classes, swap classes, change tutorials using the Student Information System |
| September 16 (Monday) | Last day to enroll for class challenge or switch your challenge from one class to another or regular enrollment in a class, with permission of the department. (You can’t withdraw from class challenge without substituting a regular class.) |
| September 23 (Monday) | Last day to add classes through the department, with permission of the chair and instructor. Last day to change tutorials through the department. Last day to change a class to audit status. |

| September 9 (Monday) | Last day to completely withdraw from all classes using the Student Information System, with no notation on your academic record. |
| September 16 (Monday) | Last day to drop a class using the Student Information System, with no Withdrawal notation on your academic record. If withdrawing from all classes, a Withdrawal notation (WD) will be added to your academic record. |
| October 7 (Monday) | Last day to drop a class using the Student Information System, with a Withdrawal notation (WD) on your academic record. |
| November 29 (Friday) | Last day to apply to drop classes in the current term under extenuating circumstances (WE). (Applications received after this date will be considered retroactive and may take longer to process.) |

| September 16 (Monday) | Deadline to pay tuition and student fees. A 2% late fee penalty will be assessed after the due date and on the first of each month thereafter. |
| October 25 (Friday) | Deadline to pay Co-op Practicum fees. |

| August 2 (Friday) | Last day for 100% refund of tuition. |
| August 3 (Saturday) to September9 (Monday) | Penalty of $50 for each class dropped (maximum total penalty $100) during this period, if your net course load has decreased. |
| September 10 (Tuesday) to September 16 (Monday) | Penalty of $100 for each class dropped during this period, if your net course load has decreased. |
| September 17 (Tuesday) | No refund for courses dropped. A tuition drop penalty will be calculated and posted to your student account in the third week of classes. View your student account after September 19 for your outstanding balance. A 2% late fee penalty will be assessed after this date and on the first of each month thereafter. |
| October 18 (Friday) after 2:30pm | Refund cheques REQUESTED for overpayment, which are NOT related to scholarships and bursaries, are available for pickup, UNLESS payment has been made by personal cheque, which requires a 45 day clearance period. |

Graduation application/cancellation

| October 11 (Friday) | Early Deadline to apply and pay the early application fee on the Student Information System for graduation in June 2014 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements Fall 2013 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
